Tongue Tie - Black and White
A used tongue tie was thrown on a storm drain grate after a race at Santa Anita Park racetrack in Arcadia, California, U.S.A. Tongue ties are narrow strips of cloth that are used to tie a horse's tongue to its lower jaw during a race to prevent it from disrupting airflow.
